Applications on prescribed form are invited from the permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State possessing the prescribed academic qualification and age for the posts of Lecturer Physical Education in Technical Education/Youth services and Sports Department, Superintendent Jails in Prison Department, Lecturer Radio Diagnosis in GMC, Jammu and Assistant draftsman(Translation) in Law, Justice & Parliamentary Affairs Department.

1. Assistant Draftsman (Translation) – 01 Post
2. Lecturer Physical Education – 193 Posts
3. Superintendent Jails – 02 Posts
4. Lecturer Radio Diagnosis – 01 Post
Age Limit : as on 01.01.2014,
Minimum = 18 Years
Maximum = 37 Years
For Physically handicapped candidates = 39 years
For Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories = 40 years
For In Service Candidates = 40 years
For Ex-serviceman = 48 years
Application Form and Fee : Application Forms can be obtained from the office of the J&K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu on cash payment of Rs.500/- (excluding processing charges of Rs.10/) in respect of General Category candidates and Rs.250/- (excluding processing charges of 10/-)in respect of Category candidates through the counters of J&K Bank opened in the offices of J&K Public Service Commission at Polo Ground,Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on all working days.
(b) The OMR Application Forms should be filled upneatly, correctly and completely. A copy ofpassport size photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer should be pasted at the relevantplace/space in the Application Form.
How to Apply : The Application Forms complete in all respects must reach the Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, Polo Ground, Srinagar/Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu. on or before the last date 20.04.2014 in an envelope provided by the Commission along with the Application Form.
