Educational / Qualification : A degree in Science / Commerce / Business Administration from a recognized Institution.
Essential Experience : 10 - 12 years experience in examination delivery and assessments, logistics and operations. Should have experience in conducting multi-centric online examinations as well as pen and paper based MCQ examinations across various cities in India. Should be well versed with online application, distribution, scrutiny, processing. Well versed with internet test security management and exam delivery. Should have expertise in a wide range of IT applications related to conduct of examinations – server management, applications, security issues related to dispatch and receipt of test packs and result packs
Desirable Experience : Should have conducted examinations for Universities / Large PSUs for at least 5 years. Should exhibit leadership qualities and good managerial & PR skills to manage a large number of staff. Should be capable of identifying, selecting and managing test centers across the country for conduct of on-line examination. Should have experience in assisting customers in development of question banks. Should be well versed with development of student databases required by Universities for student management.
Age limit : 50 years
Consolidated Pay : Rs. 75,000/- per month
Tenure of Appointment : Initial appointment will be made for a period of one year and same will be renewed on yearly basis depending upon the performance for a period of three years
