The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam invites application in the prescribed proforma for the posts as indicated below:
Detail of Vacancies :
Part Time Specialist :- 07 posts
Senior Resident- 1 year (Adhoc) :- 12 posts
Senior Resident- 3 year (Regular) :- 07 posts
Age Limit :
Part Time Specialist :- Not exceeding 64 years as on 10.06.2014
Senior Resident- 1 year (Adhoc) :- Not exceeding 35 years as on 10.06.2014
Senior Resident- 3 year (Regular) :- Not exceeding 35 years as on 10.06.2014
Educational Qualification :
Part-time Specialist (1 year contract): PG Degree or equivalent, with 3 years experience in respective specialty. PG Diploma, with 5 years experience in respective speciality. For Dental PTS, MDS with 3 years experience.
Senior Resident-1 Year (Adhoc) : For a period of one year on contract basis or till regular GDMO joins whichever is earlier. PG Degree or PG Diploma. Candidates with 2 years experience after MBBS out which 1 year in the concerned speciality in Govt./Reputed hospitals will be considered if PG candidates are not available.
Senior Resident-3 Year (Regular): For a period of three years on contract basis. PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned speciality.
Application Fee : Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred And Fifty Only) for General/OBC Candidates and Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty Only) for SC/ST candidates by way of Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1 payable at SBI, Kalamassery. Female applicants are exempted from Application Fee.
How to Apply : Interested Candidates are advised to attend a WALK-IN-INTERVIEW on 10.06.2014 from 10 a.m. onwards at ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents, one set of Xerox copies of all original documents and two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application)
