Educational qualification:
Applicants should be those who are applying for these posts 1st class B. Tech./B.E. in mechanical/electrical/electronics/chemical/metallurgy, 1st class full time master's Degree in personnel management and industrial relations, 1st class full time MCA, 1st class full time master's Degree in Marketing Management and notification, see official candidates for post wise educational qualification.
Age limit:
Applicants who apply for the posts no. 1-a, b would have their maximum age 45 years, & for post 2, 3, 4 & 1-d 40 years, for post No. 5 (c) shall be 35 years and for post No. 6 should be 30 years as on 30-04-2015. However the upper age limit relaxation will be given to internal candidates and for 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-servicemen candidates according to the rules.
Application fee:
Applicants are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/-by means of Bank demand draft drawn in favor of "security printing and minting Corporation or India Ltd" payable at New Delhi. However the candidates for SC/ST/physically challenged categories are exempt from the payment of the application fee.
Selection procedure:
Candidates selection will take place on the basis of their performance in written test, interview in advance & interview.
