Qualification : Candidates should MD ( Dermatology & Vernereology ) / MD (Dermatology , Vernereology & Leprosy ) / MD (Dermatology including Vernereology ) / MD (Dermatology including Vernereology / Leprosy ) MD ( Medicine ) with DVD or DD have for S.No .1 & 2 posts, M.Ch. in urology for S.No.3 posts .
Age Limit: Candidates age should be 40 years for General and 45 years for Reserved categories on 07.01.2014 . Age relaxation is considered as per rules.

Fill in all required details in the application form. Get audit ID
Make payment through SBI Challan / Net Banking / Debit card / Credit card / CSC and again the MPSC online site and this time select the login link .
Enter the user name and password previously provided and on the following page , download the photograph and signature scanned in places provided .
Fill in all the details including fee payment details to find fault-free online application.
After submission of online application candidates get message as transaction ID successfully updated.
Take printout of the application form and retain it for further use.
Application Fee : Candidates must pay Rs.415 / - for Unreserved & Rs.215 / - for reserved category by SBI Challan / Net Banking / Debit card / Credit card / CSC (Common Service Centre ) .
