Candidates should write on the envelop “Application for the Post of JRF -AQVT-3”. Affix a recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of the page of application. Send a crossed Indian Postal order of Rs. 10/- drawn in favour of Director, CHESS along with the application. (Candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment).
