Applicants those who are applying for these posts should have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/civil engineering from a university or an institution right laid down in Uttar Pradesh or from another institution recognized by the State Government or degree recognized as equivalent by the State Government OR Part-A & B surveys conducted by the institution of Engineers (India) and the candidates who did not pass high school or equivalent examination in Hindi must have thorough knowledge of Hindi and He/she must clear an exam conducted by the Registrar, Department of research Govt. UP within 3 years after accession.
