Qualification & Experience : MS/MD/DNB (Gynaecology) OR Equivalent
OR MBBS with relevant P.G.Diploma & three years experience.

 Emoluments : Rs. 45,098/- Plus DA Admissible to SO/D (Medical Officer)

 Period of appointment : Not more than 89 days at one time

 Nature of appointment : Locum (Leave vacancy)

 Age limit : Not more than 50 years as on 01.04.2014

 Reporting time for Interview : Forms will be issued from 1200 hrs on the

and one set of attested copies of certificates and one passport size photograph
